I am happy to spend some time on the phone with you, to discuss your counselling needs and to enable you to get a feel for how we might work together.

It can be difficult contacting a counsellor for the first time, calling a complete stranger, not knowing how they will respond... or perhaps you are not ready to start counselling yet, but simply want to explore your options.

So if you simply want to call for an informal, exploratory chat about what counselling might offer you, that is fine.

The centre is conveniently located near the Royal Berks Hospital, a 10 minute walk from Reading train station, and close to several car parks.
